ARTIFACT
2015
In 2015, I collaborated with Monoburo (Romain Cieutat and Jérôme Hervé) to create "Artifact," a sequence of digital animations for a scenographic installation. This project was developed using Processing, Blender, and TouchDesigner during my internship at Monoburo and was presented at Gaité Lyrique.
"Artifact" was produced for the third anniversary celebration of the ClekClekBoom label. The sequence depicts natural landscapes undergoing deterioration and transformation in their digital representation and form. This transformation process includes video capture, 3D imagery, pixel manipulation, physical simulation, and the animation of mountain shapes and curves. My contribution involved creating generative visuals that represented organic forms and behaviors within a simplified, geometric, and digital universe.
