Le Muséeonaute

2019

Le Muséeonaute is an interactive and sensory device in the form of a costume-interface equipped with electronic sensors and a portable screen. The screen broadcasted computer-generated animations in real-time reacting to the data sent by the electronic sensors. It was worn by a performer throughout the exhibition “LA LUNE. DU VOYAGE RÉEL AUX VOYAGES IMAGINAIRES“ at the Grand Palais on May 2019 and it was created as a proposition to the visitors of a poetic itinerary of 10 exhibited artworks.
This experiment was part of the Créons au Musée project, directed by Katia Légéret and funded by EUR ARTEC.

  • Website developed with Node.js, Websockets, and P5.js.
